New Program for Wakulla County Vote-by-Mail Voters

Check out BallotTrax!

Know that your ballot arrived and your vote was counted.

Easily track the status of your ballot by signing up for this free service. By signing up for BallotTrax, you will receive an alert each step of the way– from when your ballot is printed to when it has been counted. You will receive important information by SMS text, voice calls, and/or email throughout your mail ballot process.

Benefits

Convenient:

Simple, secure, online signup

Confidential:

Tracks your mail-in ballot, not your vote

Innovative:

BallotTrax barcode data offers complete visibility as to your mail-in ballot’s location and status–your vote remains confidential

Informative:

Get updates via text, mail, voice–any or all!

Customization:

You choose how your updates are delivered, when and when not to be notified, and what language you prefer

Stay Informed About Your Vote:

Was your ballot accepted?  Was your ballot rejected?  Did you forget to sign your ballot? Timely notifications will provide you time to respond to any discrepancies with your ballot and ensure your ballot is properly counted!

Voters whose registration record is protected will not be able to receive updates via this service, however they are encouraged to sign up for the USPS Informed Delivery with their local USPS office. Voters can access USPS through www.usps.com.
