Vote-by-Mail Data Request
Vote-by-Mail voter information is only available to authorized members of the public as defined in Florida Election Law (section 101.62(3)). To request access to the Vote-by-Mail voter data files, please complete the Vote-by-Mail Request Certification Form (DS-DE 70AB).

Voter Information as a Public Record
- If you have been a victim of domestic violence or stalking, contact the Attorney General’s Office Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management at 850.414.3300 for instructions on how to become a participant in the Address Confidentiality Program.
- If you have a high-risk profession, you can submit a written request to each agency that may have your information. Please complete the Public Records Exemption Request form (PDF) to submit your request.
