I.D. REQUIRED AT POLLS

Florida Statute 101.043 requires photo and signature identification at the polling place

Accepted documents are: 

  • Florida Driver's License
  • Florida Identification Card issued by the DHSMV
  • United States Passport
  • Debit or Credit Card
  • Military Identification
  • Student Identification
  • Retirement Center Identification
  • Neighborhood Association Identification
  • Veteran Health ID Card from Veterans Affairs
  • Concealed Weapon Carry License
  • Employee ID Card Issued by Federal Government, the State, County or City

Any combination of these documents may be presented to fulfill the photo and signature requirements. The I.D. must be current and valid.  If you fail to furnish the required identification, you shall be allowed to vote a provisional ballot.
